We are an ACBL-sanctioned duplicate bridge club meeting in Gainesville, Virginia.

We run a game about twice a month on Saturdays at 10:00 am at the Hampton Inn located in the Virginia Gateway Shopping Center. Reservations are requested so that we can set up accordingly; we do not have a guaranteed partner program at this time.

Please arrive 15 minutes before game time to get checked in and settled at your table.

We are the home club for the RSVP Bridge web application, used to keep score and to manage reservations via our smart phones and tablets.

Refunds

If you pay for a game, but for some reason choose not to play before the game begins, your entry fee will be refunded. After the game has begun (the ‘start play’ button has been clicked in RSVP), there will be no refunds.

Late arriving players

All players should strive to arrive at least 10 minutes before the published game start time in order to get payments, seating, and board distribution complete before the game begins. Late arriving players will be seated at the director’s discretion, and usually only if the late players correct a half table. Boards that cannot be played in the first round due to late arrival will be scored as Avg-minus.
